Sport Center Behaviour Rules

The sport center, where the tournament takes place, has fix rules, which everybody using its infrastructures must follow:

• Dressing Rooms will be opened half an hour before the beginning of the first game and will be closed half an hour after the end of the last one (so more or less from 8:30 till 19:00 on Saturday and from 9:30 till 17:30 on Sunday).Outside this time the dressing rooms will not be accessible.We do suggest you not to leave anything in the dressing rooms.

• It’s not allowed to use the fields for playing or just hanging around outside the time reserved for the tournament.

• It is not allowed to bring glass bottle on the fields.

• There’ll be enough garbage bins around. Please help us to keep the Sport Center clean!!

• Camping Saturday night will be tolerated as far as the tends will be set in the evening and unset early in the morning.

CECL - Rules and Format:

OPEN DIVISION

8 Open Teams are grouped in 2 pools of 4.On Saturday each team plays round robin against the teams of his pool (3 games).

On Sunday the top 2 teams of each pool play cross game and place game. Same thing for the bottom ones (2 games).

All games in the CECL Open Division will follow the WFDF rules with the following changes:

Points: 15
Point Cap: 19
Half-time points : 8
Half-time length: 5 min.
Time Cap: 60 min.
Time out per game per team: 2 of 2 min. (also in the last 5 min.)
No Overtime-Rule.
Time limit between points will not be checked.
Brick Rule (at ~18m)

Point Cap:

If a team reaches 15 points with a lead of at least 2, they game is over. Otherwise the game goes on till when a team gets a lead of 2 points or reaches 19 points.

Time Cap:

After 60min play the regular time is over. The play will continue until the next point is scored. If the time is over between 2 points, the next point WILL NOT be played!
If the game has reached its end (15 points), the game is over, otherwise 2 points will be added to the highest score. The first team who reaches that score wins.

Example1: the time is over and the score is 15-12. The game is over.

Example2: the time is over and the score is 12-5. The game is played till 14 points.

Example3: the time is over and the score is 14-7. The game is played till 16 points. However if team A scores the 15th point with a lead of 2, the game is over (see point cap).

WOMEN DIVISION

4 Open Teams play round robin against each other (3 games).
On Sunday each team plays cross game and place game (2 games).

All games in the CECL Women Division will follow the WFDF rules with the following changes:

Points: 13
Point Cap: 17
Half-time points : 7
Half-time length: 5 min.
Hard Time Cap (cap 2 only if necessary): 45 min.
Time out per game per team: 2 of 2 min. (also in the last 5 min.)
No Overtime-Rule.
Time limit between points will not be checked.
Brick Rule (at ~18m)

Point Cap:
If a team reaches 13 points with a lead of at least 2, they game is over. Otherwise the game goes on till when a team gets a lead of 2 points or reaches 17 points.

Hard Time Cap:
After 45 min. play the regular time is over. The play will continue until the next point is scored. If the time is over between 2 points, the next point WILL NOT be played!
If the game has reached its end (13 points) OR if a team has a lead of at least 2 points the game is over, otherwise 2 points will be added to the highest score. The first team who reaches that score wins.

Example1: the time is over and the score is 13-10. The game is over.

Example2: the time is over and the score is 10-5. The game is over.

Example3: the time is over and the score is 12-11. The game is played till 14 points. However if team A scores the 13th point with a lead of 2, the game is over (see point cap).
